Ali Larter may have uncovered her own version of the fountain of youth, maintaining a remarkably fresh-faced appearance that seems to defy time and prove that she’s aging like fine wine. With such ageless presence often comes skepticism and inevitable scrutiny from others. Unfortunately for the “Landman” star, that means she hasn’t been able to outrun plastic surgery rumors. But unlike many celebs who have completely transformed due to cosmetic enhancements, Larter has never publicly expressed any interest in doing the same.

Still, the former model’s enduring beauty continues to spark curiosity, with many questioning whether there’s more behind her youthful glow. After all, she was born in the mid-’70s, and has preserved a snatched face card, lustrous hair, a toned physique, and an overall radiant appearance well beyond what many would expect for her age.

That said, the screen siren does rely on a beauty routine to maintain her appearance. Larter previously shared her four-step regimen that helps keep her beautiful and refreshed during her very busy career. “My new thing, it goes: juice, gym, steam, cream,” she mentioned in a 2024 Page Six interview. For Larter, “juice” refers to staying hydrated, while going for a run in the morning allows her to “steam” and get her blood pumping. She revealed the “cream” portion of her routine is a preference for face moisturizer, opting for Weleda Skin Food, La Mer Crème de la Mer, or Augustinus Bader The Cream. She also ices her face, stating that “it makes you feel better and it tightens your skin.”

Fans hint at Larter’s possible Botox and filler use

Without makeup or fancy on-screen aesthetics, Ali Larter is still gorgeous in real life, which has given rise to speculations about possible cosmetic tweaks. However, there’s no solid evidence to support those claims. Netizens, on the other hand, are pretty convinced. “I think she looks good for 48, but I see some Botox and filler in there too,” a reader commented on her Page Six interview. Another suggested the actor has a string of beauty experts at her disposal, stating that Larter has “a [cosmetologist], plastic surgeon[, and] personal trainer […] on speed dial.”

Several aesthetic experts have also weighed in with their professional opinions about the actor’s possible cosmetic procedures. Double board-certified dermatologist Dr. Saami Khalifian believes her skin quality has been preserved gradually over time, potentially with the help of treatments such as Tunable Resurfacing Laser, BroadBand Light, and the hybrid fractional laser HALO. They all work at a deeper level to improve texture, tone, and collagen production while creating healthy, luminous skin quality that looks good on camera.

“She has some slight angularity in the lower face compared to some of her older photos, so maybe there’s a little bit of filler or skin tightening agents like Sculptra that have been injected in the lower base,” Dr. Khalifian stated on Instagram. He also suggested that she could have used Botox under her eyes, as well as in the upper and lower face, to improve and preserve skin quality and prevent wrinkles.
