House of the Dragon’s third season doesn’t premiere for another two months, but fans of the fiery Game of Thrones prequel can start to whet their dragon-sized appetites with a new video game based on the HBO hit.

Pre-registration is now live for the strategy-based Game of Thrones: Dragonfire, in which fans join the House Targaryen inferno involving tactical warfare, territorial expansion, and the awe-inspiring power of dragons—all in service of landing a spot on the Iron Throne.

In particular, they’ll play as “a Valyrian descendant tasked with hatching, raising and flying dragons,” reads the official synopsis. “Fans will encounter both familiar faces and original characters, form alliances and factions with other players, as well as engage in tactical battles to become a true dragon-rider and dominant force in Westeros.”

Those who pre-register via the App Store, Google Play, or gotdragonfire.com will gain access to exclusive in-game rewards on launch day (not yet confirmed).

Adapted from Fire & Blood, George R.R. Martin’s history of the Targaryen family, House of the Dragon revolves around a familial civil war that erupts following the death of King Viserys I Targaryen (Paddy Considine) 200 years before the events of the main series.

Martin co-created the project alongside showrunner Ryan Condal. The two serve as executive producers alongside Sara Hess, Melissa Bernstein, Kevin de la Noy, Vince Gerardis, David Hancock and Philippa Goslett.
